Kieran Gale

Bio

Kieran Gale is an emerging artist. Part theatre maker, physical performer and award winning poet based in Mparntwe - Alice Springs. He specialises in improvisation and phyical characters and has been performing on stages across Australia since age 10. Kieran graduated from Charles Sturt University in 2014 having studied a Bachelor of Communications and Creative Industries (Theatre/Media). From 2018-2022 he continued to develop his performance and creative skillset at Improv Theatre Sydney.

Kieran idedicated to performing in the genre of comedy as he admires how humour can soften a person's armour and bring people closer together. In 2022 he moved to Alice Springs and has since worked with The Starlight Children's Foundation, independent theatre companies and local primary schools, using play to engage adults and young people in the most positive of ways.

2023 saw Kieran's debut solo performance at the Desert Festival opening night. "Curl Mokney" (pictured) was was directed and devised with help from Kate Emery and was a hit with families.
